Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and assist you. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we will do our best to resolve any order concerns.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. K4 Hair & Body is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist you.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
